A player is upset about not playing?

    That’s a good thing.

    Non-story.

I think there are 3 reasons Robinson was made inactive and may be inactive again at some point this season.....#1 he does have a lingering knee injury that requires to be drained every so often from what I understand. #2 Saleh (up until the Carter injury) has several good players at RB and can afford to inactivate one for any game if he chooses or needs an extra player at another position and #3 the less Robinson plays turns the 5th round pick JD has to fork over to Jacksonville into a 6th round pick.

The later has very little to do with the situation. If you are good, better that the one next to you you will play. His knee problem is not giving him the burst of speed we need, and the two guys, Bam and Johnson have an edge for now

I imagine Robinson will be a bigger force very late in the season and hopefully the playoffs …

Yep... I think Saleh is keeping the city miles off J.Rob's knee.

Plus, if he can't go at some point having Bam with some game experience is a plus. RBC with miles being kept off all of them as much as possible, kind of like they are doing in game with the DL.

To me, the player who SHOULDA spouted off was Bam when they brought Robinson in, instead of promoting Bam off the PS. That had to really piss him off (at the time!)

A UDFA rookie should have spouted off about his playing time? That would just get him cut.

He's upset because he saw his Jet opportunity diminish with every Bam Knight run and catch for positive yards. Being a UFA at the end of the season, he's gonna need more film to show other teams he can still be productive. For the Jets, if they keep his yards under 600, the comp pick remains where it is. Even better, if Bam Knight turns into the pounder we need to compliment Hall next year, JR is gone and he knows it.
