Yeah this is what I came here to ask.. I'm thinking technically Pats since we could still control our destiny against the Bills if we catch them. But I suppose we also don't want the pats catching us
Exactly. I get that most Jets fans hate the Pats more than the Bills. Although we are not exactly "buddy, buddy" with the Bills either. This has nothing to do with who we hate more. It's about what is the best outcome for the Jets. No matter what the result will be both good and bad for the Jets tonight.
Bills and it shouldn't be close. Eliminate the Pats from contention as fast as possible solely b/c we can't beat them in a H2H tie break. Pats v Bills Pats @ Az Pats @ Las Vegas Pats v Cinci Pats v Miami Pats @ Bills They are 6-5 and you most likely need 10 wins to get in, 9 with tie breakers. The Jets prob need to get in with 10 so we can't have the Pats get to 10 Pats would need to go 4-2 the rest of the way to get to 10. It is highly unlikely they go 4-1 in the final 5 with a loss tonight.
You are right. If Bills win, Pats will take a hit in the playoff chase and we might just have to worry about Chargers to make the playoffs/ If Pats win, Pats still have a tough schedule and a loss will help Miami win the division hopefully before Week 18 so they can play their backups against the Jets on Week 18. That said, due to my hatred for everything Boston, I am hoping Buffalo will just punch them in their face.
