The most important thing for this team in the long run is not to be myopic and to use the remaining games to evaluate the potential future of the franchise. So yes, it's essential White plays the rest of the way.
Each week we have posters making declarations about what the future holds based on the most recent game result. The future looks bright with MW right now, and after watching him run the offense today it's hard to see any clouds on the horizon. I hope he does a "Lou Gehrig" and seizes the job despite my belief in Zach's potential. Maybe if sits and learns and works hard he'll get a chance to win the job back and reach his potential, but if not, I'm okay with that as long as we're winning and have long term success.
Not having to watch Zach Milfson mad scrambling bc he is too chicken sh to stand tall in the pocket make a throw and take a hit .... was a true delight. Hopefully he can can realize his potential as MW's serviceable back up. A competent back up is always a luxury in the NFL
I never liked the term "benched". The other teammate plays and sees what he can do. Anyway Go Jets. Great win. BTW, Sam played well and led the Panthers to victory. Always liked him.
Still are always hard to paint a fully accurate picture but boy this is not great. Sent from my M2007J20CG using Tapatalk
Eh, it's pretty easy to take a screen grab off a video that gives that kind of vibe. Dude could have been wiggling his nose or something.
True, but everytime we saw Zach on camera we just saw him just chilling on the sidelines like he is OOO
The Jets will have to run the ball early and often and effectively to take the Vikings down. What Mike White provides will put them over the top if they can do that. The defense just needs to do what we know they can do well.
I mentioned this a couple weeks ago. Just about every game you'll see the QB, when he's on the sideline, looking at a tablet with a coach. Never have I seen Zach doing that.
