We've had some key injuries especially on offense. Every team gets them. But if these four guys stayed healthy would we be 8-2?? And would Zach still be QB??

7-3 or 8-2 Breece hall took away throws from Zack he moved the chains by himself, now that he is gone Zack was grossly exposed.

The loss of Breece Hall was a serious setback for this squad.

The loss of Breece Hall exposed Zack Wilson, if they have Breece they probally win both the Patriots games.

Yup agreed. His injury was a blessing and a curse. It allowed us to finally see the real Zach.

Not sure if Becton or Fant would be starting even if healthy, but losing AVT and Breece hurt. We'd probably be 7-3 with them, maybe even 8-2. Zach would still have his job, but he wouldn't be any more deserving of it than he is now.

We win both NE games, putting us at 8-2. Losing AVT/Breece took away 90% of our offense, of which we only replaced about 40% with other players.

Good news is we KNOW when we get everyone back (next year) we will be favored to rep the AFC in the SB. And we probably will.

And with our stars being to young, we'll be favored to rep the AFC in the next 3 or 4 SBs. This is what we've been waiting for!!!!

We probably take one from the Pats and are in better position to make the playoffs but Zach's subpar play would get less attention.

Every NFL franchise deals with this though. It’s been an extreme Jets fans exaggeration that we’re the only team that has key player injuries. Look at any teams injury report and they have 3-4 important guys out with calf injuries. The Chargers have been without their top 2 receivers and Bosa for most of the year. That’s nearly half their salary cap.

It just makes me sad we don't have a few of those guys. I had forgotten about the injuries. Bad QB play will make you do that.

I’m not trying to be a dick or anything, but there’s no guarantee Hall comes back at his prior level.

True, but odds are, he will. It just may not necessarily happen in 2023.

i think he will. Remember he’s a north/south runner which usually puts less wear and tear on your ACLs. It’s guys like Saquon Barkley who take much longer to regain their prior form.

Breece Hall's injury basically held a mirror up to Zach and showed his ugly imperfections as a quarterback.
Saquon Barkley suffered the same injury and two years later he's back to form. Hopefully, Hall can still contribute next season but, he should be fine over the long haul.

I read a week or so back that the Jets were the 7th healthiest team in the league this season, and first on defense. The reality is were not used to being this healthy.
