Cousins is 5-2 in having winning seasons. He was 1-7 as a fill in starter in his first two years. The result of both was the same. Huge regular season stats, no playoff success. To say Cousins is a bad QB is silly. Cousins TD:INT ratio is superior to Romo’s. Your ignoring the fact that Romo played on several teams that should’ve played (and won) in Super Bowl’s and he never even played in a conference championship game.
Two observations about todays games. 1- Refs in many instances really suck with the phantom catches and penalties.. Refs damned near gave the game away with two horrific calls in the last two minutes of the Bills game. What do those asshole refs in NY do to review some of these blunders. They just sit in front of a screen with their thumbs up their ass most all the time. 2- Miami is stepping up to the plate better than the Bills. They are extremely dangerous. We need an edge.,We must go into the Pats game with cold blood in our veins and a massive chip on our shoulders. They are pretty cocky and confident that they will beat us and put us right back to the bottom of the division. We need an extra cushion to overcome the refs bias and still win this one.
Pretty strange decision by McCarthy to go for it on 4th-and-4 in OT when they're inside Maher's FG range.
I have a bunch of friends who are Giants fans. They are not as drastic, but they remind me of the 2019 Jets that went 7-9 Dabol is definitely a better leader than Gase, but of the Giants 7 wins 4 have come against the bottom 6 football teams in the NFL. There's a little bit mirage in their record. They are currently slated to have the toughest schedule in the NFL, but they have faced almost none of the contender teams like the Eagles twice, Vikings and cowboys once. The only contenders they have beaten are the Ravens and Titans.
By the way, can I just say how delicious it is that never-coached-a-college-or-pro-game-before nice guy Jeff Saturday led the Colts to a win over uber-jerk Josh McDaniels' 2-7 Raiduhs? The karma was strong in that one.
Maybe one of you guys could explain why the Bills didn't take the safety to go up 29-23 and leave the Vikings with 47 seconds to score a TD. The Bills supposedly have one of the best defenses in the league. Or was he going to take a knee if not for the fumble?
The other team gets the 2 points. It would have made it 27-25 with the Vikes needing only a FG to win.
