Currently we are 5-2 and every Jets fan is pretty excited about rest of the season. Playoffs are a possibility if a few things break our way. Callers on the radio scare me a little to be honest. Now folks we will play 3 division games in the next 4 weeks. We might go 0-3 at worst which will bring us to 5-5. 5-5 would be a dream start for many of us before the season started. Last 7 games of the season is much more friendly and we might hit 9-7 if we stay healthy. That said, my pledge to fellow fans is not to stop supporting this team and believing in this team. To me, future is bright. We have a top shelf GM and not so bad Head Coach. It is only a matter of time for Jets to be perennial playoff team. I say let’s keep our positive attitude no matter what happens next 3 games. I pray to God that we win tomorrow and get to 6-2. Go Jets!
Most Jets fans won't stop rooting for them. They may get angry and really vocal about their anger and frustration, and some may cut back on going to games or watching them on TV or buying merch, but they'll stick with them. The Jets don't deserve such a loyal fan base but they've got it anyway. And those who do abandon the Jets after a few losses aren't really Jets fans their frontrunners and deserve to get run over if the wheels come off.
As long as a positive attitude doesn’t mean the team is above scrutiny. Really though, posters should be able to feel however the hell they want about the Jets. If the site has nothing but positive posts after a 2 or 3 game skid or even just a single loss where they played awful football you’d have to rename it thecirclejerk.com.
Agreed, but the subject line is misleading. It sounds as if you're saying the Jets are gonna lose the next three. Possible to change the "after" to "if"?
For sure. We are a fan forum. Everything goes. We have over 250 visitors now reading this forum. Only 26 are BOT’s. My pledge was to broader Jet fan base honestly. But I hear your concern.

if i have continued to root for this team, and i have in my own strange fashion by devouring what i can read but NOT WATCHING LIVE unlesss we are competitive ( 2010), i am not gonna start rooting for another team NOW.... its odd, cos i get some stick from strangers when i am wearing my Jets shorts omn the w/e's... and i shrug it off... I just say... I am from Long Island ffs, i went and watched Klecko Todd and Walker at Hoftsra by rding my damned Schwinn LeTour was at the lawnmower game at the post Byrd upset at Rich Stadium
I don't want them to lose but the bi-polar swing back we would see some posters take would at least make it slightly entertaining
