The dude sustained a serious injury, and thats prob why the drafted Etiene. Not really sure if he has the same burst as he obviously doesnt get the same carries

 

He's also not too shabby at drafting players either.

 

I always assumed they drafted Etienne bc he was their new FQBs favorite target for years.

 

Didn't ass finger man Urban Meyer make the decision to draft Etienne to pair him with Lawrence to create college magic?

 

Good point. But so far this season he looks fully recovered.

 

Now we can keep our 2 RB set going.

 

Let's hope 2020 was an outlier and the players selected from the last two don't drop like flies.

That’s the first thing I thought of …. Definitely shows they are in it to win it this year as they should be with a 5-2 record.

Last year the Jets wouldn’t have made this move.

 

Nice move by Douglas. Low risk, above average potential deal. I've liked Robinson since he first came into the league. He really burst onto the scene his rookie year. Hoping to keep the ground and pound going.

 

JD would never be able to replace Breece but with this move he comes pretty much as close as he can to doing it.

Great move and a steal for a low round draft pick.

 

Douglas killed it in last draft, it's only up from here.

Pederson on Robinson yesterday...

"Yeah, something we have to evaluate him and see where he is at physically health-wise and all of that," Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson said after the game.

"He has been good each week and something that we've got to really take a look at and see. We know T.J. [Travis Etienne, Jr.] has done a nice job kind of taking over there, but we need everybody. We need James, and we've got a lot of confidence in James still. It's not anything about lack of confidence or anything. We just have to make sure he is 100% before we move forward.
