These bums are better than I thought they were.

Shying away from the run was a big problem in our earlier games.

Our revamped OL has been doing a very good job. Not sure how much of our early issues were from bad coaching vs OL or QB play.

The rookies have been better than advertized.

    In Breece we trust.

    Can't be stated enough.

    Brown - Tomlinson - McGovern - Herbig - AVT

Stability. Do not mess with group. Make Fant the swing OT when he healthy.

Stud - Corey Davis. Guy is quietly doing his job each week. Not flashy numbers but he had our biggest reception of the game.

This right here is starting to become a reality when I watch Zach. He should be a lot more ahead as a passer and just overall as a QB. Certain guys you see it right away and they improve from there. Zach just barely looks average. Outside of his legs, everything else seems just off. It's like Daniel Jones like.

AVT is a beast, I think we should make him our LT and mitchell at RT after this year. i think brown is done after this season and retires. But man there were several plays I seen his tanky body like 10 yards downfield swallowing up a LBer or DB. I'm very impressed with brown

On more than one play the DB made a business decision when they saw Brown coming at them

Zach went down with an injury on August 18. Considering he missed most of camp, two pre-season games, was thrust into action in hostile territory in Pittsburgh and led a scoring drive late in the game. I'd say Wilson's doing okay.

I get your point and yes they have scaled back the offense and are easing him back in. He should be better overall though with the general feel of the QB position was the original point. For example, look at Joe Burrow. He didn't even play his entire rookie year cause of an injury and was getting better each week until he got hurt for a bad team. The next season he pops and you could see the overall improvement as a passer, his poise and playmaking and his O line sucked. Zach is still giving me vibes of a rookie who still has trouble reading defenses and if not for his legs would be completely toast. I still believe in the kid, but it's tough not to think that this just might be what he is.

Zach has moxie. He's a ballsy kid. I think he'll be fine. I agree he seemed like he regressed a bit in the game against the Packers. Wilson was getting his passes off lightning fast against the Dolphins but, seemed to hold the ball too long yesterday. LaFleur needs to get him out of the pocket more. Wilson has been very effective rolling out and launching deep passes to Davis. It will all click soon.

    Go Jets.

Good point. I do love it when he rolls out and lets it fly primarily to Davis. I hope so as well. This has been such a fun season and if Zach takes that next step this could be one hell of a ride.
