It's sort of disgusting how everything that worked well during the season seemed to fall out today. Schottenheimer usually comes up with some really clever, sneaky shit, but today he called a flat game. The ST, which was the strongest aspect of the team, really blew it with horrible returns and coverages. O-Line, while showing some rookie mistakes now and then, never played as clumsily as they did today.

I'm trying to decide who was worse, Schotty or Sutton. The Jets were simply outcoached today and outclasses by the Patriots on the field. This felt more like a Herm coached game where they somehow kept the score close despite never really being in the game and ended up losing.

Again, not going for it on 4th and short inside their 40 hurt us just like in the Buffalo game. The Punt nets less than 20 yards! WHY!?? I like Mangini cause he shows ballz but when he Puts on the Herm mask I hate it.
