1. I don't agree with the "general consensus" (Hall isn't a first round player), and 2. The players Douglas drafted were not at positions that should be drafted in the first and second rounds at all (except for the DE), and 3. If he was going to draft a first round DE, he could have had the best player in the draft and instead he took someone else later in the round, and 4. He let the best player in the draft go to the Giants.
