and not after the bye week either. the vegas number may be 5.5, but unless you're an idiot, you bet the under. especially if you have seen both the lions and jags play the first 3 games.
are you serious? braden mann should be starting at safety. best tackler on the defense! what did that tell you?
Sounds like we already have a excuse for if Wilson sucks it up, we can blane the old faithful OL. I miss the Sanchez days, when we blamed Cavanaugh and Schotty
i would be willing to bet you that this team, with the same GM, would look and produce better under REX. after almost 60 years of being a fan, the only decent head coaches are: Weeb, Michaels, Tuna, and Rex. results count. the rest is just pure bs.
Haven't you realised that we're a team full of elite talent, that have a CS that tells them to miss tackles, get stupid penalties and drop balls?
I not only saw your whole comment, I had already replied to it. Once again - until there is an official pronouncement from the Jets, nothing has been verified. Is that clear enough for you? Far too many people here rely on Tweets with unsupported claims by reporters, columnists and other outsiders instead of waiting to see what the true story really is from the team. I see no reason to do that, I can wait. The entire thread is based on the opinion of the OP that the performance of the Jets has been that of a team that should now be 0 - 3 rather than the 1 - 2 which is official. I can understand his reality based point of view while not necessarily agreeing with it. If people here can have an excuse for every loss why not have an excuse for a win in a poorly played game? The fantasy involved is that some people believe it matters in gauging the performance of this team over the first three weeks of the season when that performance has been consistently lousy. Finally, I think Wilson will probably play but in the absence of anything at all from the team this past week on any progress he might have made in his rehab, nothing would surprise me. So, no, it's not something I'm putting any money on.
After three games, I think the most important thing to remember is how wonderfully we pissed away a golden opportunity to find out if Mike White can be a top tier backup in this league. And of course, in true Jets style, we pissed that opportunity away in exchange for still losing two games (should have been all three) and having a 0.0% chance of making the playoffs.
and in true Jets style that win against the Browns will probably be the thing that pushes the Jets off the top of the draft in a year when there are much hyped QB prospects due to be available and we could turn a top pick into 3 first rounders and more
Zach is more mobile, but is also more prone to freak injuries since he's still developing his sliding technique. Last time, the turf monster got him..
Do we have "Elite talent ".. Well I usually like Jets69 posts but I would temper what he said with "much improved talent" And all that goes to hot garbage if we don't hve the brains behind our brawn because of idiot Coaches The 18 or 19 game sample size says that other than last weeks miracle Browns game we have a poor HC and prob poor coordinators except Spec Teams We need BRAINs ...go after the Ivy League and Patriot League top coaches >>> Holy Cross Fordham Harvard Yale Penn Princeton Columbia Go see how the Pats have done with Wesleyan Bellichek ; the Browns Penn Stefanski 11-5 , playoffs and the new Miami Coach from Yale Miami undefeated Think outside the box my friends In another Post I said we need Mr Harvard Fitz to Coach the Jets!!! When ya got nothin there's nothin to lose...
