Next draft will be mostly defense… need a LB, run stuffing DT and a safety. Too bad Jordan Davis and Kyle Hamilton were just drafted… we can hope for a michah parsons type player. still also need a pass rusher desperately.

If they call Conklin inbounds on the first drive maybe the Jets go down field and score on the first drive changing the tone of the game from the start.

If Fant doesn't get called for holding on the last play of the 3rd qtr the Jets are 1st and goal from the 5 with a chance to go up by 3 at the beginning of the 4th.

When you start with "ifs" there can be dozens of them.

    OMG

theJets are a perfect opponent for the SB runners up to get back on track

If the Jets shut the door here our CS must be doing something right .. but thats a big if .

So the big question here is whether the Jets can get real pressure on Joe Burrow. If they can then this is a prime upset possibility.

Burrow is fragile and if you can hit him early and often you can throw him off.

I’m just excited to see the game live this week. Our CBS station has been showing the Pats game the first two weeks. Pats are on Fox this week.

Has Clemons played at all? He looked like a beast in pre-season.

You guys have no idea how happy I am that I'm finally gonna get to watch this game on CBS instead of my normal stream hopping!!

I checked the coverage map yesterday and my area will finally have the Jets game on because most people in KY are Bengals fans haha

He certainly did. Even drew a personal foul penalty on a call that was total BS. Refs really sucked bad in the Browns game.

"If Chubb steps out at the 1, like everyone expected him to, THEY WIN THE GAME BY TWO TDs"

"Maybe the Jets drive down the field and score and change the tone of the game."

If you can't see the difference between those two assertions I don't know what to tell you. But listen, I appreciate your unbridled optimism, and like I said I'll be rooting for them this and every Sunday as I have been for.... decades :( .

For the record. Actually, if Chubbs steps out at the one and just kills the clock they would not have won by two TDs as you said.

Yeah, one’s just wrong and the other is the weakest of a list .

I’ll go with the guy with the list over the guy spiraling every time.

But I'm right. He steps out and they win. He fucked up.

    But more importantly:

5 Ways to Stop Spiraling Negative Thoughts from Taking Control
    1. Remove “should” thoughts.
    2. Recognize automatic negative thinking.
    3. Putting your thoughts on trial.
    4. Acknowledge how overwhelmed you feel.
    5. Don't force positive thoughts.
    I'm working on this.

Admitting when you’re wrong needs to be on that list. (should is a bad word so I like that one)

You said two touchdowns. You even put it in all caps. You were very emphatic about two touchdowns.

He definitely fucked up. I sat up excited when he did. I kept looking at the replay trying to see if the Jet let him get in (he didn’t). The Jets had been moving the ball at will. As soon as Chubb scored I knew it was going to come down to the onside kick.
