Kyler Murray is taller than 1’2”. That about what hight he’d need to be to affect the average that much. /s is universal for sarcasm I hope you learned a couple things today
He's not as big as what he's listed in the program, like lots of players. Duh guys. Are you new to football? Its a thing Secondly he could be 6'8 330 and he'd still be injury prone with the way he holds onto the football. Roethlisberger got away with it. Kinda... he was injured alot over the years. Wilson is petite compared to Roethlisberger
Many here expected Wilson to be the franchise QB, and it is not panning out so far. Wilson has more questions than answers. But in fairness, while he’s no where the caliber of Mahomes, Allen, Herbert, he is still learning and can develop to be a solid QB. He doesn’t have to be a top tier one but a productive one.
I think you missed the part where he stated that Wilson was the worst quarterback in the league last year. You and half the other guys here.
lol who was that Kentucky QB who played for the Giants a couple years? Lorenzo something or other? He was like a DL and he may have been 300 pounds or close to it!!
I think you missed the part where he was still in on ZW after last year (even as the worst qb). Is anyone surprised you missed this blatantly obvious detail? No
They picked him bc Mara made an off handed comment like “that kid’s a giant” and his staff took it the wrong way. /s
He QB'ed perhaps the wildest SEC game ever in 2003 Arkansas beat Kentucky 71-63 in 7OTs. It started at 7PM and ended after Midnight. Arkansas QB became a NFL WR - Matt Jones, 1st round pick of the Jaguars. Arkansas WR made the switch to Running back that very day (Decori Birmingham) and had 196 yards rushing and finally Arkansas TE who feasted in overtime with a touchdown on 4th down and 2 pt conversion was Jason Peters, a future HOF Left Tackle in the NFL. So Arkansas was lead by a WR at QB, a WR at RB, and a lineman at TE. And Kentucky was lead by a bascially a lineman at QB in Lorenzen. In a game that just so happened to be the longest and highest scoring SEC game in history https://www.espn.com/college-football/recap?gameId=233050096
If Jamarcus Russell had kept growing, you might've got your wish. Too bad becoming Purple Drank spokesman ended his illustrious career...
