Well you sign a guy a month before the season starts, to cover one of the most important spots on the field, and he wasn't with a team. This stuff is going to happen.

Which is the reason my previously unquestioned faith in JD is now showing some cracks. Well, this and the fact that he failed to anticipate Becton's injury. Some say you can't predict injuries, but I disagree. Given his history I think it would have been prudent for Douglas to either go after a FA earlier in the FA period, or draft the BAP-T he could have. Upon further reflection, maybe this is why they decided to hold Zach out for 4 weeks.
1000 times this! my biggest issue with JD as this was 100% predictable…so many of us here called it before training camp even started…I was SHOCKED and pissed off we didn’t draft or sign a tackle as Becton insurance. One Hundred Percent predictable
I have lost trust in Saleh a long time ago. He is a blowhard with stupid slogans and hype. Joe D on the other hand who I had great trust in. I still trust Joe D but his blunders regarding Offensive Line since he took over is becoming too much.
What FA backup T would you have liked him to snatch up? What draft pick are you passing on (I assume Hall)? Id rather have Hall than the OT that went to TB. He ended up getting the starting gig after an injury so we can see how he and Hall do this season.
