I hope they close it down, and it sits vacant.

The sad thing is that rising crime rates make corporate & private entrepreneurs think twice about opening new stores or keeping their doors open in certain neighborhoods.

This creates food deserts and takes away jobs... furthering decay.

It's just part of the moral rot our nation is enjoying right now.

    Nothing to worry about.

I used to love hanging out on Melrose Ave. here in LA.

A once vibrant street filled with stores & restaurants that stayed open late.

Now it's a fucking ghost town after dark because of crime and street thug shenanigans.

I respect the people that go after the big fish and are hitting the Louis Vuitton store for $100K. How fruitful can the 7-11 raid be? With that amount of people, I can’t imagine any one single individual received Marlboro Red’s for more than a week.

Ehhh... it's more of a stunt than a money making operation.

But there's been lotsa looting in high end stores as well.

I'm waiting for white criminals to get in on the action.

    You know... equality.

Those aren’t the actions of people who value their lives. And many of them will most certainly get involved in worse in the future. Most of them dont seem to even care that their faces are on camera. Over some twinkies and cigarettes. SMH.

The ones that were not masked will be caught in short order. If they have mug shots it will be almost instantaneous. If not they'll get tripped up at some point.

The authorities are getting very good at facial recognition.

My guess is the LAPD is working on gait recognition at this point also. That's a bit more reliable than facial recognition because it is very hard to consistently mask your gait once it has been captured. You almost need an Igor hump to have a chance.

Should be a back door the workers can escape from and then a gate that closes off any way out for the criminals. Then just leave it closed up for a few days with no power or water.

    Until Darwin takes control...

"What are the side effects of yerba mate?

"It contains caffeine, which can cause some side effects such as inability to sleep (insomnia), nervousness and restlessness, stomach upset, nausea and vomiting, increased heart rate and breathing, high blood pressure, headache, ringing in the ears, irregular heartbeats, and other side effects.

"Does yerba mate make you poop?

"Yerba mate also stimulates bowel movement, helping the body in its natural process of eliminating waste and toxins. This is why it is recommended for people suffering from constipation. This benefit can be enhanced by adding digestive herbs to your mate tea and eating high-fiber foods.

"Is it safe to drink yerba mate everyday?

"Yerba mate is possibly unsafe when taken in large amounts or for long periods of time. Drinking large amounts of yerba mate (1-2 liters daily) for a long time increases the risk of some types of cancer. This risk is especially high for people who smoke or drink alcohol."

    https://www.rxlist.com › yerba_mate › supplements
    https://www.webmd.com › ingredientmono-828 › yerb...

This stuff could be the answer to rising crime rates nationwide.

Cashless bail makes it irrelevant. It’s like getting a speeding ticket.

Those kids need to go back to school, more math classes would have taught them to grab cases of beer and cartons of cigs, instead I saw a bunch of them just grabbing bags of chips.

It's the speeding rule. As long as someone else is driving faster than you, you're okay. Their crime is alright because they are only taking a bag of chips.
