Now that the surgery is out of the way. Hopefully we will not have anymore serious injuries before week 1, and get Zach ready for the Browns. Glad to hear the surgery went well.
What's the rush? Keep him on the sidelines until his knee is really solid. Probably a better chance to pick up the odd win with any of the guys who tore it up at practice today anyway.
I am watching the Jets Eagles reply on NFL network The Streveler guy is an intriguing QBpick up ..mobile accurate and been in the League 2 years already
When a player has been in the league 2 years and you haven't heard of them, usually that is not a positive sign.
Also when they operate on the wrong knee. Although if the patient doesn't die they might call it a successful failure.
Or it could just be that they haven't found the right match yet. Tony Romo was in the NFL for two years basically on the Cowboys practice squad and then Parcells noticed him and he took off. One of the really positive things that could happen to the Jets right now would be for LaFleur to notice somebody working really well in his system and creating an opportunity.
Look fellas they got to sell tickets. Would they really say it was problematic or unsuccessful? They will let Flaccid limp the team through a few losses. Then bring on Slack Zack our savior!
