Yes, he said the protesters will pay for committing crimes not specifically that they would go to jail. Sounds like a criminal act to be prosecuted to me. the logical hoops that are being jumped through to try to tie criminal actions to him is almost as incredible as the fact that there are imbeciles who actually find the claims compelling.
