Kinda seems like bullshit to me. The Secret Service is now under George W. Bush's wasteful yet intrusive Department of Homeland Security which has an extensive digital forensics and data recovery operation
the NYPost can crawl up into Hunter's underwear but the secret service is just plain out o' luck. Makes sense.
It's not only odd that the messages are allegedly unretrievable, but that they disappeared when the request came in. It's also odd that the agents texted too. If it's SMS those can easily be snooped upon. Hutchinson's testimony may lead to some much needed changes to the USSS going forward, because this is not only embarrassing but may show there are some agents that need to be released.
AG Garland just now: While Garland acknowledged that the Justice Department does not do its investigations "in public," he also said the department got involved because "this effort to upend a legitimate election, transferring power from one administration to another, cuts at the fundamentals of American democracy."
Also seems like bullshit to me. If it was the “most important in DOJ history” they’d find some freakin deleted texts. They’d hold accountable those that are ignoring subpoenas, etc..
Getting ready for the prime time end of season finale of jan 6 comittee tonight 187 minutes of inaction by Commander in Chief Trump while Capitol attacked>>>>dereliction of his duty Eyewitness accounts of how Trumps own camp saw him watching "on TV gleefully" while this was all happening Then on Jan 7 Trumps speech that by use of out takes you see he forced himself to admit it's over and not call rioters " patriots"
Department of Homeland Security has launched criminal probe into destruction of Jan. 6 Secret Service text messages, sources say. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/d...-service-text-messages-sources-say/ar-AAZPUV1
So, the MAGA crowd wanted to lock her up. Didn't happen. Many want him locked up. Hasn't happened so far.
And this is just the end of the first chapter of committee results There will be more hearings in the Fall..not a bad idea for people to continue seeing and think twice before remotely considering electing an Election Denier candidate Still holding on to my bet the Attorney General starts charging people around Trump by end of next week
