The Jets got another member of their draft class under contract on Monday.The team announced the signing of tight end Jeremy Ruckert. The third-round pick joins the team’s three first-round picks in agreeing to contracts with the team.Second-round running back Breece Hall, fourth-round tackle Max Mitchell, and fourth-round defensive end Micheal Clemons remain unsigned. I'm confident JD will have our '22 Draft class signed by training camp. No distractions this year in camp. I only hope Mechi Becton Sr. Will show up in good shape & ready to ball out.

The Jets keep talking about locker room culture and finding people who love the game. To get someone who already loves the Jets, is a nice bonus. This draft was players who were the best at their position ie Gardner & Hall or players who’ve had to dig deeper to get where they are ie JJ and Micheal. I love it. Can’t wait.

Kinda neat how JoeD signed two top TE vets in FA, then followed it up with a top TE rookie in the draft (and a huge Jets homer to boot!). Ruckert will have the opportunity to learn from two of the best plus flash his own hands, blocking, and athleticism from time to time as he grows. I love how our TE room was totally overhauled in one offseason! Can't wait to see these guys produce on the field...so much different than last year.
Good point. I never saw an announcement of any sort from the Official Jets website. The only one thast was not announced
I made the same mistake when thinking he was signed a few weeks back. I think that amount is just the slotted amount for where he was picked. Once he signs each year of the contract should be listed depending upon how they brak down the total amount.
BTW... i mentioned in another thread that i reqatched the semifinal with OState and Clermson... i think this kid is real. should be the best since Schuler, and i think his ceiling is significantly higher than Schuler.
