If they name-drop Wendy's Strawberry Frosties... well, that's a sure tell.

It says in one of the twitter links above that he went off limping but that is all that was said.

Obviously nowhere near the player he was but this would be some really nice insurance at tackle. And I know some people were up in arms about depth in May despite the season starting in September…

Why not I guess, but pickings are slim at this point. If Becton or Fant are injured (like they were last year), we may be in trouble. I am hoping Max Mitchell will be able to step up, but he is a 4th round pick who does not have much experience even against good College players, might take time to develop. Reiff is OK for the depth to compete with Max, but we don't have Moses this year and we just can't afford to lose them for many games.

I feel like Reiff would be a solid swing OT for us this year. Also, gives Mitchell another year to develop before we see if he can step into that role going forward. I like it.

Considering we might well not have LDT back, I think if Reiff is is decent shape he'd be good insurance.

You must see to it that I have special permission to smoke all the reefers that I want to, when I want, or I will just have to put this horn down, that’s all. It can be done. Nothing impossible, man.

What he said was that he was going back to do his residency over the summer, and then in September, if he gets a good offer, and he thinks that it's in his best interest to play football, he'll take it, otherwise he'll work as a doctor.

ah I just re-read it and he said he'd re-evaluate his NFL career in september so I guess he could make a late comeback but if I had to guess it would be starting for a team that suffered an injury in camp/preseason

Having to chose between being a Doctor and a pro athlete isn't sucking at life, I must say.
