So the Rangers must be frustrating the Canes somehow. That's the only thing that explains a chippy shot at the end like that.
Panarin has to shoot the puck more. The Canes are too good defensively to count on 3 passes leading to a goal. He's gotta take some shots and count on loose pucks in front.

Excellent response by the Rangers. They been resilient all post season that’s for sure. Goals against the Canes are gonna be tough to come by. Have to bring their A game in game 4 also. Zibenajad imo has been the team playoff MVP so far. His goals have all been such crucial ones.
The really scary thing is that for most of the series the only offensive action has been out of Z and Kreider and Kakko missing gimmes. The young guys have got to play better and score some goals. I like what I am seeing out of Chytil so far in the series but I'd like it even more if he scored a couple of goals in here somewhere.
When Kaapo Kakko scores 50 goals in a season, I will give him the same latitude as Chris Kreider. Stop being silly.

Did anyone else think after Kreider missed the open net goal off the post that we were going to give up the game tying goal? I think there was still 2ish minutes left on the clock at the point? Another frustrating series where we should be up 2-1. Go get game 4 and lets even this shit up. The series doesn't start until a road team win one so lets hold serve.
