Jets fans on May 12th: "Wow! This schedule is brutal! The NFL hates the Jets and sets them up to fail!"
Trips to Green Bay and Pittsburgh for me this year. I need this years schedule more than anything. I have miles to use and was waiting for the schedule release. My prayers: 1) Please God no Packer cam after Halloween. 2) Please God at least 6 home games before December 1st before weather gets brutal. 3) Please God at least 1 4:05 PM home game to tailgate and drink more (Some will hate me for that)
This year the AFC gets 8 home games and the NFC gets 9 so hopefully that helps our chances for fewer cold home games. But honestly it really hasn't been that bad lately as far as the cold weather goes.
Given how we went 4-13 while the rest of the division had at least 9 wins, it will look brutal on paper. Not to mention going to Green Bay, Denver, and Pittsburgh where it's always difficult to win.
I do. One Monday night on top of usual Thursday night is my guess. We play some good teams so the appeal of New York City plus the appeal of good teams will land us a MNF game is what I am thinking
I don’t think there’s enough of a storyline. If we go out of division, Seattle could be a fun start to the season.
Jets football is played at 1PM, sir. Get with the program! I feel like the Jets must have one of the worst records of non 1pm games.
I used to go to one game every year, but for a few years I was in debt so I stopped. I was planning on getting out again this next season though. I've only seen the Jets live once. Sent from my SM-F926U using Tapatalk
Fun start?? Opening up out there? I just figured the NFL would give the Jets a simple 1:00 home game to start the year since the last 2 openers were on the road. Jacksonville seems like a good fit as the two teams finished with similar records. That’s how the NFL usually goes about opening weekend anyway ….
