Going to be buying tickets to home game 1 in the first round (as long as the rangers have home ice which they should) otherwise I wouldn’t be able to go because of a bachelor party

Just read they don't think it's serious, just being careful with him.
Canes, Anderson left their game against the Avs with what looked to be a knee or ankle injury.

I have serious doubts in Kaapo Kakko. Not only has this guy failed to deliver any numbers to suggest he was worth his draft pick, but he is also rather fragile.

The question is: Do we start sitting some guys? When Kreider got up slowly from that collision, I got sick to my stomach.

You keep playing your guys unless they're banged up. If they're banged up there is a good reason to give them a breather before the playoffs.

The only guy I would reduce playing time for right now is Shesty and I'd take him down to 50/50, every other game. This would be to reduce chances of an injury for him and to give Georgiev more quality time to prepare for the playoffs if he is needed.

I'd consider giving Fox reduced minutes and maybe scratching Miller for a game. He looked pretty worn down last night.

Fox has been a bit less productive last 10 games or so it might make sense to reduce his minutes some before the playoffs where he will get 26-27 minutes a game.

The Rangers are just laying the wood to the Islanders. Sounds like over half the people there are Rangers fans.

The Rangers are firing on all cylinders right now. 5v5 offense is one of the best in the league since the deadline, PP and PK are strong, and Igor is locked in.

Rangers also locked up home ice with 108 points. Pittsburgh has 99 with 4 games left and Washington has 97 with 5 games left. Mathematically impossible for both teams to catch us.

Buying tickets to home game 1 later today. First in person playoff experience for me considering I’m also a Jets and Mets fan.

    Enjoy it while it lasts.

I remember going to Mets games in the mid-80's and sitting in raucous crowds when the Mets were Amazing again. Same thing for the Yankees in the mid-90's.

We never appreciate the good times enough because we think they will last forever.

Definitely going to be an experience to remember.

My parents used to tell me stories about how they snuck champagne into game 7 of the 86 World Series. When I went to a game with my dad last July he was telling me all about it and showing me where they say (roughly since it’s not Shea anymore). I’m very jealous of that experience but listening to him talk about it I could tell how awesome it was and how much it meant to him.

Here’s to hoping the Blueshirts pull off something special; I think they can.

If they'd snuck it in and took a picture of them holding the bottle they probably could have sold it for a million bucks today assuming they chose not to open the bottle.

Not suggesting you should try the same trick, because you'd hate to get thrown out of the arena during your first playoff game.

I’ll pass on sneaking champagne in, especially at the price I’m paying :D

The feeling I had when the Rangers won the Stanley Cup in 1994 was the best I've ever experienced in sports. The only thing that could ever rival it would be a Jets Super Bowl victory.

It's hard to grasp for us but this year is one of the prime chances the Rangers will have at a Stanley Cup. We all feel like it has come on pretty fast however the Rangers have all the pieces in place to make a real run.
