I want Kayvon Thibodeaux or Jermaine Johnson on the Jets roster. Besides that, I am cool with any of the WR's, Kyle Hamilton, Sauce Gardner, Tyler Linderbaum, etc. So a pass rusher at 4 and anyone of those other options at 10 would be great to me.
Probably not very realistic tbh all trades properly squared off on PFF draft simulator looking to see if they would be accepted, no forced trades. #4 traded to Ravens Received #14 2023 R1 WR Marquise Brown #10 traded to Eagles #35 traded to Eagles #38 traded to Eagles #163 traded to Eagles Received #15 #16 #19 #194 #14 traded to Steelers Received #20 #52 #84 #20 traded to Titans Received #131 2023 R2 WR AJ Brown Selections #15 Trent McDuffie CB #16 Nakobe Dean LB #19 Tyler Linderbaum C #52 Nik Bonitto Edge #69 Trey McBride TE #84 Kerby Joseph S #111 Romeo Doubs WR #131 Alontae Taylor CB #184 Zach Tom T #194 Pierre Strong Jr. RB plus AJ and Hollywood Brown WR's 2023 Steelers R1 Falcons R2
#4 Hamilton #10 Linderbaum I don't like a Safety at #4 but I will say, Hamilton is BUILT DIFFERENT. Long, Rangy, Fast and Instinctual. We haven't seen a guy like him...ever. He's a better version of Kam Chancellor. at 10- Linderbaum is a generational talent at C. Within 2 years he will be the best Center in Football. Love the idea of him, ATV and hopefully Becton growing with Wilson. If this offense develops a solid run game, Wilson will progress faster and our receivers will be better by default. Not sexy picks, buy foundational pieces
If there are no trades, here's my current dream top 3. 4. Jermaine Johnson, DE 10. Garrett Wilson, WR 35. Travis Jones, DT After that, I'm not sure who's ideal at 38. I think they'll just miss out on prospects I really like who will go by the late 1st including LB Nakobe Dean, iOL Zion Johnson, and S Dax Hill (though funnily enough since I said he was a favorite of mine I'm seeing that maybe he's a better fit at nickel than FS so will need to do more work on that one). There probably won't be an iOL or LB worthy of that spot. With them gone, I'd consider OT Bernhard Raimann, a safety who can play FS such as Jaquan Brisker, or maybe even another WR as there should be nice WR value there. Regardless, I'd love to see a developmental iOL and OT between their Day 2 and Day 3 picks, a TE, and a RB.
I wouldn't count on the next Revis. I read an article the other day that said that the idea of a shutdown corner is more myth than reality, that there have only been 2 over the last 10-20 years, and Revis was one of them. I forget who the other was. The odds of there being another one any time soon, and our getting him are not in our favor.
Yes, but most people have a favorite or favorites. In addition by pick #35 the pickings will be getting slim at WR.
True but you said 'no WR's' But he said he was cool with any of them, so it seems he has no real preference and happy to take any of them, also it hints he would be taking one at #10
Is that a good deal for the Eagles? I can't make my mind up if it is or isn't tbh some good players going in that section of the draft imo
My guess is the Eagles are adding ammunition for a stronger QB class next year and will give Hurts another shot. Saints posturing for another move up probably into the top 10 for a QB maybe.
