If you’re asking my opinion, I think they both handled it well. Smith had to do something but a slap is softer than a punch. Rock knew something was coming and he took it like a man.
The point of Luis CK is if you say you’re going to do something, then do it. If you think that slap/punch hurt, you’ve never been stabbed.
You think walking up on stage and slapping a man is handling it well? Yikes. He should have yelled "See you after the show" and then fought him like a man off camera. But he would never have done that because there would be a risk of him actually getting hit. It was a total pussy move "defending" his wife who told the world she was banging some rapper half her age.
