if this is remotely true, half of the players that came back to Tampa because of Brady will want to trade out to.
Kind of makes sense in a vindictive diva sort of way, but it's hard to take seriously at this point. Brady would get to stuff the Jets face in it a couple more times a year, all while showing up Palpatine twice and maybe proving that he can win rings with 3 different coaches.
It's possible that the deal he made with his wife was Miami or bust. Miami is like the Fashion Capitol of the USA.
Tampa has one of the best o-lines in the league the last two years. Miami is far from it. Brady going to Miami wouldn't scare me.
Miami also doesn't have the Defense that TB does. I think Belichick would relish in two more chances to make Brady look as bad as he did last season. He basically did to Brady what he had been doing to Brady's competition for decades, make them play left handed by taking away what they want to do. Now Tampa still squeaked out a win, thanks to their D also giving a rookie QB fits. That playing field would be leveled quite a bit with lesser talent in Miami. I don't think adding brady would get the fish past the Bills either. It would make the fish more competitve than Tua, but wouldn't move the needle much in AFCE pecking order. The Jets are unfortunately looking like another last place finish either way
Exactly this. The NFC is a cake walk right now. brady has never played with anything but a stacked deck, why would he start now?
Yes of course. With the Patriots there was Offensive juggernauts, Defensive juggernauts, flawless specials, best coaching and in game adjustments, preferential ref treatment, and systematic cheating. Never has one player had more of a stacked deck.
