Missing out on Cooper for a day 3 pick and then trading the 10th overall pick plus more for Hill would feel very awful.
just a friendly reminder on pick value our 10th over is worth more then miami's 1st this year and1st next year. it allows KC to take pretty much any WR in the draft Diggs got traded for a late 1st. we were likely to take a WR at 10 anyway I'm thinking the package from us is likely 10th overall, mims, and a future 3rd Miami is probably offering 1st this year, 1st next year, and a player or middle round pick
We don't agree often but I'd much rather see the Jets not go negative on total numbers in a trade like this. We have too many needs elsewhere. I'd much rather give up the #4 and get Hill plus a couple of later picks back than any of the other scenarios I've seen.
Obviously. But one of them would cost a 5th rounder and an easy out on the contract. The other will cost the 10th overall pick and more plus years of $20+ mil on the books. Both have had the same amount of 1000+ yard seasons too...
I don't understand why KC would allow Tyreek to have any say in the decision? I get being respectful but if our offer is better than Miami's even slightly it shouldn't be an issue. Contract extension assumed
