KC supposedly wants two 1st round picks. I'm not giving that up for a 28-year old WR with bad character, even thought he would make our offense dangerous and exciting. I'm really shocked that JD is in on this.
Weird. That's not been JD's strategy at all nor does he seem like the type of guy they'd want on their team. If the Chiefs are truly moving him, I'd be surprised if didn't choose the Dolphins over the Jets anyway. I could definitely see him in Miami
Wouldn’t give up 1 1st, and definitely NOT 2 1sts…. Taking on that contract. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I can only imagine what ML would do with Moore and Tyreek Hill. A ton of screens, Jet sweeps, misdirection. The Jets would really be able to get to the edge. It would really slow pass rushes and make our OL really good. Add Hill then draft Christian Watson.
I don't understand why any player of color would want to play for Miami's racist owner. IMO they're selling their souls for $s. No offense meant to those of you who live in Florida, but I hate the current political climate in Florida, you couldn't pay me enough to live there.
I am shocked that so many people are against bringing him in. I wouldn't do #4 and #10 but #10 and 35 is a homerun for Hill.
This is actually the move JD should be making and I come here to find out you’re actually hating it????? Lol. You pay a first plus. Maybe even 2. He’s probably the best receiver in football or one of them at least. I’m hoping he gets traded because we need him off the chiefs. I don’t want him in Miami though, I hope he goes to NY.
I guess ultimately this depends on the compensation, but I have no problem trading 10 for Hill. I always assumed they'd be taking a WR at 10 anyway so if that can be Hill, I'd be fine with that. I don't see why he would select NY over Miami, but I'd be happy. I knew there was a big move for a receiver coming, but I thought it would be next offseason.
He's a top 3 WR in the NFL. How is it crazy? Do you want to know if zach is THAT guy? This is the move to find out.. go get him the most electrifying player in the league.
What I do like is that Joe Douglas realizes you need to go all Lynn on supporting your young quarterback and you need to make big moves for that to happen. The problem is he’s trying to do it with the total wrong guy.
Except for the tax break, I don't understand why you guys think he'd choose Miami over us. Tua sucks. Their OL sucks. Their owner is a racist. He wanted to tank games. Why would any great player want to play for a team like that? They're a little further a long in their rebuild in some ways, but we're ahead in the most important area, the QB. I'd give them #10 or #10 and Mims. That's it. The Jets really cannot afford to burn multiple draft picks for one player. If we were already a contender and were just a WR away, then sure, but we aren't.
