I have to admit I was dead wrong about everything the Jets would be this year and I'm happy to be wrong.
If it yields more threads like this, you can post here forever as far as I'm concerned! (BTW - First Offense - Self-LOLing)
Will this example be enough to show anyone others thinking of engaging in such prognostications that the whole concept is ridiculous? Fine, state your opinions. Just, people, learn from this lesson. It really does make you look silly, both when you are making your finely honed predictions as well as after your clairvoyance proves humiliatingly faulty. Just don't do it.
Yea nice job buddy. Just like all the other Jets fans here. I'm one of the few that defended Coles as a number 1 guy all off season. Its now showing that he is a true number 1. If we had a QB with an arm who knows how good this guy could be.
Just about everybody on here didn't think the Jets would be where we are at now. Plus there was a lot of people on here didn't the Eric hiring as well.
The funniest part... It could be argued that everything he mentions as reasons we would suck, ended up being our biggest strengths...
Herm took over a relatively good team, Mangini did not. I never would have thought that this team would be a 10-6 team this year, but one thing I did know is that we were solid at the WR position.
I still remember this thread from when it was made. However, as dumb as it is, I give you credit for coming back, saying you were wrong and taking your hits. Unlike a certain rajensen who I'm sure is giving Sperm a pre-game pleasuring as we speak.
