I'm VERY pleased to see him kept with the team, and hope he will get an expanded role next season. Good, solid signing at a reasonable price.
Way to go Douglas. Great price for a guy that does many things for us, not to mention Wilson's outlet when in trouble. For once we have a guy comfortable receiving punts and kick offs and we kept him.
Whereas I would like to see them give him a bigger role in the offence and finally see what we have, a bits and pieces player with special teams on top or a genuine WR3 that can still return the ball off punts and ko's. I think he has loads left in his locker if they open the door and let him play.
Very happy. He was the MVP of the offense last season, it would have stunk like Macc if they let him go. Dude is a little stud.
surprised, thought this was going to be another danny woodhead moment for the Jets, watch him sign with the Pats and kick our asses for years to come. would be nice to return the favor every once in a while.
If he did that, we might finish next season with the best receiving group in the league. I can dig that.
Jets just showed that if you do the things the right way, money is yours. Work hard Be a team player Do what the team asks Don't be a diva Well done Braxton, you deserve this money and I'm happy for the player. Sent from my M2007J20CG using Tapatalk
When you see a guy like Christian Kirk get $18mm per year, the signing of Berrios is an absolute steal.
Solid. Something has probably gone wrong if he's getting significant snaps at WR, but its nice to have a guy that worked well with Zach. Not to mention is a great kick and punt returner, as well as gadget player.
easily the worst contract given. he has a pro bowl QB and a top 3 WR next to him and still couldn't produce a 1k yard season. clearly shown he's not a 1 or even a 2 WR and they paid him like a top 5 WR
