I saw Zelenskyy on the news early this morning. He looks exhausted. Who wouldn't be? The stress level must be enormous plus constantly try not to get picked off. Probably doesn't sleep much at all.

Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal have cut off all service to Russia and ceased operations there. Hundreds of workers at an oil plant in Russia walked off the job in a spontaneous strike because of the crash of the ruble. They were owed a lot of money so they said screw it, we're out of here, see ya.

^I'll try to find more info on it. I also read somewhere that Ukraine shutdown evacuation efforts because Putin violated the ceasefire/safe corridor(s), over 66,000 Ukrainian men have crossed back into Ukraine to fight, and a shit ton of ammo and weapons just got in.

Rapes are escalating (no surprise, it's a weapon of war). A young woman was gunned down trying to deliver dog food to a dog shelter, which has a lot of people very angry. There are reports of Russian soldiers abandoning their machinery and fleeing.

We all know at least some of this is propaganda on Ukraine's end, but they can troll Putin all day long as far as I'm concerned.

Seems like the reds may be closing in on Kiev from the east. They are already at the northern gates. Lets see if they can encirle it. If they encircle it, the battle will be more or less over.

So you just outed yourself by solving the grass clipping mystery, you son of a bitch. Prepare to die!

On a serious note this is a very good point and encapsulates it pretty well. A lot of these discussions inevitably devolve into I know you are but what am I, I know you are but what am I, I know you are but what am I.

So anyway, I know you are but what am infinity.

At this rate, Putin will have to compile his list by carving it into a rock

I saw this Ukranian stand up comedian being interviewed a few days ago on the ground in Ukraine. I didn't catch his name but he's very famous there. He's suiting up and said the Ukrainian people will be victorious and then I will come to New York and sell out Madison Square Garden. Hahaha.

I hope can somehow manage to find it.

In the short term, Putin will take Ukraine in a year or less based on what we’re seeing in the advancement maps. He will likely kill all of their government heads.

The problem is that he’s setting himself up for a decade long insurgency or more that will force him to expend an immense amount of financial assets and military resources.

It’s similar to the US and the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, yet it’s dissimilar because Ukraine has modern military assets and their insurgency will be funded heavily by the West. The US had a much easier time against the sticks and stones insurgency in those countries and we didn’t have nearly the entire world trying to cripple our economy while we fought that battle.

It’s a no-win situation for him really, but it’s scary because the issues that the West will battle for a long time are 1 - will he continue to move West and 2 - when does he start to use WMD’s?

I expect Putin is going to spin it something like the Russians went into Ukraine to liberate their brothers from the corrupt, illegitimate government that was blah, blah, blah, one of you trumpkins has to fill in the blanks here. They purposefully went in low and slow, didn't carpet bomb the entire country for a month and a half beforehand like those American dogs would do before committing their troops, because they value the lives of their Ukrainian brothers and wanted to minimize casualties. Their only quarrel is with the top dogs, not the people. Yet they were met with terrorism and sabotage, funded and encouraged by those western foreign criminals. So just like those American dogs, they were forced to completely wreck house over there. They had to violently put down every inch of Ukraine to protect their own sons and daughters over there, it just couldn't be helped. And then allude to every drone strike authorized by the USA that landed on a wedding party or kindergarten in the last twenty years and tell us to shut the fuck up about the humanitarian crisis.

His audience at this point is pretty small. Protestors all over Russia today apparently

When are we gonna start rounding up Russian born American citizens?

Taking vodka off shelves just doesn't seem like enough...

Fortunately for us, the Iraqi’s didn’t have a very big social media presence in 2007 when all the civilians were unfortunately being killed.

Putin would have somewhat of a point though. We didn’t exactly discriminate in our Middle East wars, but at least we did displace a real piece of shit in Hussein and try to displace the Taliban.
