The lack of line movement is a bit curious. I haven’t really heard of many people I know or radio and media people picking the Bengals, but the line hasn’t moved in favor of the Rams.
When it is like that, the Underdog mostly covers. Every bone in my body tells me Rams will win and easily cover 4 but some sharps that I respect their opinion are on Bengals +4.
This game is also weirdly priced with no home field advantage it seems. The Rams probably won’t draw much from the crowd since it’s going to be a ton of suits, but they do get an awesome advantage of sleeping in their own beds. Some Buccaneers players said that helped them a ton.
