This pairs with the Mega Off-season Mock I made in the main forum, which you can find here:

    Max’s Mega Mock

Pre-Draft Trades only include picks relevant to this year for non-NYJ trades.

    A. DEN sends 1.9 and 2.40 to GB for Aaron Rodgers

    B. CAR sends 1.6 to HOU for Deshaun Watson

    C. CLE sends 2.44 to ATL for Calvin Ridley

1.1 JAC: Evan Neal, OT, Alabama
—Smoke is rising for the Jags to go OT 1st in an unusual class, and protecting Lawrence has to be the #1 priority.

1.2 DET: Kenny Pickett, QB, Pittsburgh
—The Lions will get an up close and personal experience with Pickett while coaching the Senior Bowl. If they like him, it’s not worth waiting to get their guy.

1.3 HOU: Ikem Ekwonu, OT, NC State
—If the Texans hire Flores or or Mayo the way it looks, they will prioritize CB over ED. With another pick at 6, they can find that guy, although by 6 Ekwonu would be gone.

1.4 NYJ: Aidan Hutchinson, ED, Michigan
—The Jets luck out with their choice of Edge Rushers, and go with Hutchinson as their first pick.

1.5 NYG: Kayvon Thibodeaux, ED, Oregon
—The Giants take the best player available, and one of the main missing pieces on their roster to rush the passer.

1.6 CAR—>HOU: Derek Stingley Jr., CB, LSU
—The Texans get their elite cover player for their Patriots South defense.

1.7 NYG: Charles Cross, OT, Mississippi State
—Daboll’s offense will likely be pass first, so they grab Cross who is the best OT in the draft in pass protection.

1.8 ATL: George Karlaftis, ED, Purdue
—The Falcons need a lot, but the first step is addressing a long time weakness at the Edge.

1.9 DEN—>GB: Garrett Wilson, WR, Ohio State
—In this scenario, Green Bay is going to be starting their young QB with no Adams. They need to strike on a ready-made receiver to give Love a real chance.

1.10 NYJ—>PIT: Matt Corral, QB, Ole Miss
—The Steelers have had 3 years of mediocre-to-poor QB play, so the Tomlin is not in the mood to wait. They go up 10 picks and get their guy ahead of Washington.

1.11 WAS: Sam Howell, QB, North Carolina
—Washington take their QB as well, with Rivera heading up too good of a roster to go 8-9 another season.

1.12 MIN: Kyle Hamilton, S, Notre Dame
—Safeties rarely go in the top 10, but Hamilton’s slide stops here. He becomes a building block for the new regime in Minnesota.

1.13 CLE: Travon Walker, ED, Georgia
—The Browns needed a WR but they took care of that by trading for Calvin Ridley. Now they can replace Clowney on the Edge with the high upside Walker.

1.14 BAL: Trent McDuffie, CB, Washington
—Baltimore values it’s CB’s and this season showed them what happens when you have an injury here or there. They go get a young cover player so they can keep blitzing QB’s into the ground.

1.15 PHI: Tyler Linderbaum, C, Iowa
—Kelce is probably retiring, and Brooks already has. If the Eagles want to continue this Hurts experiment, a dominant C like Linderbaum in the run game will be key.

1.16 PHI—>NE: Jameson Williams, WR, Alabama
—Belichick gets aggressive in adding a deep playmaker for Mac Jones, and to help open up their offense.

1.17 LAC: DeMarvin Leal, IDL, Texas A&M
—The Chargers see some similarities between Leal and the similarly “undersized” Aaron Donald, and Staley sees this as a unique way to bolster an underperforming defense.

1.18 NO: Trevor Penning, OT, Northern Iowa
—The Saints probably can’t help their OL in Free Agency, so the draft is the answer.

1.19 PHI: David Ojabo, ED, Michigan
—Brandon Graham is aging, and Derek Barnett is a free agent. Ojabo is Josh Sweat’s new partner on the other edge.

1.20 PIT—>NYJ: Treylon Burks, WR, Arkansas
—The Jets added their pass rusher, but they keep their eye on the prize, Zach Wilson’s development. Burks offers sure hands and explosive play potential.

1.21 NE—>PHI: Ahmad Gardner, CB, Cincinnati
—The Eagles have their OL and DL, a WR1, and a nice TE. They can add a WR or LB later, but now they go for the stud CB to pair with Slay.

1.22 LV: Chris Olave, WR, Ohio State
—The Raiders are in a division where scoring will be at a premium. They desperately need a deep threat to hit the home run.

1.23 ARI: Andrew Booth Jr., CB, Clemson
—The Cardinals could check out a variety of positions, but there is no OL or DL on the board that is the caliber of player Booth is.

1.24 DAL: Drake London, WR, USC
—The Cowboys land a beast of player in London, and since Gallup and Wilson are free agents, this gives them the opportunity to trade Cooper if they so choose. If not, they keep the WR corps a strength.

1.25 BUF: Roger McCreary, CB, Auburn
—The Bills could use OL, but frankly the Divisional round with no Tre White stung. McCreary can help an already excellent DB group, and be injury insurance.

1.26 TEN: Jordan Davis, NT, Georgia
—Adding Davis to that defensive front seems unfair to any team with a desire to run the ball. This addition guarantees them consistent 3rd and long situations for opposing offenses

    1.27 TB: Kenyon Green, G, Texas A&M
—With Brady retiring, the Buccaneers need to build a monster of an OL to block for mostly immobile Kyle Trask.

1.28 GB—>NYJ: Devin Lloyd, LB, Utah
—The Packers need to extra picks to replace players they will lose due to their cap issues, so the Jets jump the Lions to snatch Lloyd to be the future leader of the defense.

1.29 MIA: Nicholas Petit-Frere, OT, Ohio State
—The Dolphins have to finally get their OL right. Any other position is less dire than that.

1.30 KC: Jaquan Brisker, S, Penn State
—The likely departure of Matthieu leaves a Brisker sized hole in that defense.

1.31 CIN: Zion Johnson, IOL, Boston College
—The Bengals need IOL and OT, but Johnson is the best OL available and has G/C versatility.

1.32 DET: Nakobe Dean, LB, Georgia
—The Lions got their offensive leader, now they have their defensive leader.

2.33 JAC: Jahan Dotson, WR, Penn State

2.34 DET: Cameron Thomas, ED, San Diego State

2.35 NYJ—>GB: Jermaine Johnson, ED, Florida State

2.36 NYG: David Bell, WR, Purdue

2.37 HOU: Phidarian Mathis, IDL, Alabama

2.38 NYJ: Trey McBride, TE, Colorado State

2.39 CHI: Darian Kinnard, IOL, Kentucky

2.40 DEN—>GB: Bernhard Raimann, OT, Central Michigan

2.41 SEA: Jalen Wydermyer, TE, Texas A&M

2.42 WAS: Daniel Faalele, OT, Minnesota

2.43 ATL: Malik Willis, QB, Liberty

2.44 CLE—>ATL: Kenneth Walker III, RB, Michigan State

2.45 BAL: Sean Rhyan, IOL, UCLA

2.46 MIN: Logan Hall, ED, Houston

2.47 IND: Desmond Ridder, QB, Cincinnati

2.48 LAC: George Pickens, WR, Georgia

2.49 NO—>ATL: John Metchie III, WR, Alabama

2.50 MIA: Isaiah Spiller, RB, Texas A&M

2.51 PHI: Christian Harris, LB, Alabama

2.52 PIT: Jamaree Salyer, IOL, Georgia

2.53 LV: Quay Walker, LB, Georgia

2.54 NE: Kaiir Elam, CB, Florida

2.55 ARI: Drake Jackson, ED, USC

2.56 Kingsley Enegbare, ED, South Carolina

2.57 BUF: Perrion Winfrey, IDL, Oklahoma

    2.58 ATL—>NO: Daxton Hill, S, Michigan

2.59 GB: Max Mitchell, OT, Louisiana

    2.60 Isaiah Likely, TE, Nevada

2.61 SF: Lewis Cine, S, Georgia

2.62 KC: Myjai Sanders, ED, Cincinnati

2.63 CIN: Cade Otten, TE, Washington

2.64 DEN: Nik Bonitto, ED, Oklahoma

I like it. Could very well fall like that but I do think at least 1 PR will go in the top 3

I like the picks for us, but Hutchinson to Detroit makes too much sense for it to not happen.

Unless they fall in love with Pickett at the Senior Bowl.

Chase Young to WAS made too much sense in 2020 and then you look at what Herbert would have meant for them and they look like a bunch of dumbasses for going Edge over QB. If you like the QB, take him. Don’t outsmart yourselves. If you believe in your player selection and coaching you don’t expect to be picking in the top 5 again, so get your QB and move on. That’s my argument.

Got it - thanks. I’d probably do both of those if I’m the jets. Really hope some qbs pop and up their value before the draft.
