If his snaps are down and his numbers are done it seems the per snap numbers are legit, no?
Besides, the guy that drafted him. Is no longer here.

He's too short, his teammates hate him and he's fat!

He needs to play more. Saleh sucks, stop resting him and JFM so much

Very good breakdown and very good points, but i still have faith in him. Our d overall has been sub par. Q can't hit the qb if the ball has already been thrown you know?

We rotate our DL so much and it never seems to do anything. Good DTs play the whole game. Vita Vea or Brian Cox will fight you if you try to take them out when their not hurt.

But Quinnen himself throws the arm up a lot.

He played more snaps this year than last, so his per snap numbers were actually down. Regardless though, my point was that his per snap numbers would decline if he played more snaps due to the fatigue of playing more.

Or if we have to play run first because we are getting torched on the ground.

Quinnen's per snap numbers were down this year relative to last. They would likely go lower if he played more snaps.

He's a nice kid but I'm not gonna kill him over that. It is the coaches that are the ones keeping him on the sideline (during crucial stretches I might add)

Every time I key on him he's getting stood up and neutralized.

    He's ok... just not great.

He’s been disappointing in terms of the big step we felt he was going to make. He’s a solid defensive tackle although definitely not more than that. He can probably produce better sack numbers at some point in his career.

The issue isn’t really who he is as a player, but it’s more about who he thinks he is as a player and what he and his agent think his value is. He’d be a good solid player to retain, but he’s certainly not worth some bloated $20 million dollar deal like most Jets think they’re worth just to get their ass out of town as quickly as possible.

I think he’ll get paid like a top 10 tackle , that’s about where he is sack wise. I don’t think he’s resetting the market unless he comes out with a Donald like season. But if he does, good for us too.

The Jets need to go find him a hog of a nose tackle in the off-season to do the dirty work. Fatukasi and friends just ain’t cutting it. I really hope we don’t run back the rest of these shitty defensive tackles next year to play next to him.

This is what he looked like in college too. He was invisible way too often to justify his draft spot. I felt like I was taking crazy pills because most of our fans kept comparing him to Aaron Donald and saying he consistently beat double teams when he just flat out didn't, and often didn't even beat single blockers.

Quinnen isn't violent enough to be an elite pass rushing DL. His hands are too passive and he doesn't play with enough fire or effort. He's content to not get pancaked by his blocker rather than seeking to dominate his blocker every play.
