From the weather forecast, looks like Zach will get to play his first pro game in the snow. All part of being a QB in the NE.
As a northern Utah native Wilson is probably excited to finally play in some snow. It will remind him of home
Great news for Elijah and the Jets. I really hope Zach gets one more chance to throw to Elijah this season.
Great news for Fant. Hopefully his knee is ok and he's able to go this week. Same with MC but the concussion protocol can be a tricky thing to clear. Would love to see Zach, Elijah, and MC on the field at the same time in the season finale.
That 17 point favor is a joke. Everyone should jump on that. The Bills have played like utter garbage at home this year because the weather has been so horrible. It takes away our pass game, which is the only thing we can do, and forces us to run the ball, which we can’t do. Games are completely equalized at home. I’ve been hoping the bills lose these last 2 games so we stay in the playoffs but lose the division and any home field. I prefer us in someone else’s yard over 50 mph winds, snow and rain.
The Bills had over 200 yards rushing yesterday. Singletary had over 110 yards I believe. The Bills run game has been better the past few weeks.
I want to win, but I also don't want to hand the Patriots the AFC East title. That is disgusting. Hopefully Miami can beat them.
I vote Jets to win. Last tailgate at the Bucs game was different but good. Was misty to start but dried up nicely by game time. Many fellow tailgate folks arrived late. Food was as always great! The girls provided 36 Jello Shots. Boys fired up some high powered weed. BBQ Pork Ribs and Baked Mac and cheese. Good times had by all! Was pleasantly warm in the stadium...and the Jets gave some game...D became turnstiles in the last 2 minutes. Look forward to watching the Jets Bills game in my living room this weekend...cheese board with Stilton, Pears, walnuts, and some crusty bread. A wee dram of Bunnahabhain...or two.
our run defense is ranked 30th whereas our passing defense is an impressive 29th (based on yards given up) in terms of total yards given up the Bills defense ranks #1, Jets are #32 so it should be interesting to see how this one plays out
You are doing this right my friend. Your tailgates are always the best and sorry I missed it this week. Arrived late to the stadium myself.
The key to this game is not playing from behind. The Jets offense does not function well playing from behind and even more so with the lack of skill players. Jeff Smith got the most snaps of any WR last week. Not to mention we were without 14 starters last week. If we get behind this game could get very ugly fast. Last week TB had to respect our run game but even then our recievers got no separation requiring a lot of tight window throws with pinpoint accuracy. If we get behind and the Bills can just rush the passer this could be a very bad end to our season. I am just hoping to keep it competitive for 3 quarters.
Win or lose, the Jets need to show up and play well. Not interested in excuses. Snow in Buffalo in the winter? No way. Rainy windy Metlife? Never happens. Foxboro doesn't have a dome. Time for the kiddies to show what they're made of.
How about the Bills are way better than us. Is that valid? You should call Vegas and tell them the 17 points is BS!
I think the 17pts is a trap. I think the Jets will cover the 17pts and Vegas wins. Why not just spare all of us and forfeit the game since Buffalo is soooo much better than the Jets. No real need even to show up and play since we don't even belong on the field with the Bills. Cowards way out IMO. The Jets need to show up, give the Bills a really tough game win or lose, then take what they've learned into next season. Fuck Vegas. The house always wins. The Bills targeted their offseason to get past KC. All of their moves was to that end and they might succeed. They don't go into Arrowhead saying.. OMG.. We're gonna get crushed. The Jets might want to consider targeting their roster towards getting on par with Buffalo and NE. That's on JD. So what if the Bills are better than the Jets. The game still has to be played. I think last Sunday's version of the Jets can give Buffalo a game. Especially if Buffalo expects to steamroll the Jets. We'll see what happens on Sunday. Win, lose or draw, I'm expecting a good game. The rest of you can whine till your heart's content about how much better the Bills are. Talk about role reversal..
Getting seventeen was too good to be true. The consensus is now 16.5 with one site at an even sixteen. I might just have to take some of their money while the end of season sale is still going on.
