That was the dumbest play call I've ever seen in all my years as a Jets fan. As a freaking Jets fan. If LaFleur hadn't been the best guy on the Jets staff up to this point, that one play would be a fireable offense.
Do the Jets as an organization want to win football games? I have watched this game and enjoyed a well coached and well played football game until that display of bad coaching by Saleh.

It isn't Saleh's fault, he didn't call that play. And going for it was the right call, it's like having a 50-50 chance to win the game right then. Or at least a 50-50 chance with a legitimate play call.
