he doesn't have many highlights. I never said he did. I said he's mostly out of the play doing his job 95% of the time which is preventing anything deep over the middle. never said he was a great player. he isn't. but he's not awful either. I'd say right now he's a decent starter/good depth player who has the potential to be a solid starter if he just wraps up. On a sidenote a lot fo people here tend to really like quincy and mosley but both have made way more mistakes then ashtyn. the difference is they make a nice tackle here and there so it stands out. or as I pointed out the worst 2 players on defense for us are jarrad davis and pinnock but nobody mentions them really, davis often because he's so bad he's nowhere near where he should have been
I agree but for different reasons lol. I think it's silly the amount of hate he gets when we have much bigger issues. but hey I had someone arguing with me during the offseason because they said GVR was good
I didn't even really care much about Ashtyn Davis before I saw all the outrage. Then when I started watching him, it was like my eyes were drawn to the suck. I once woke up 3 straight months with the Golden Girls theme stuck in my head. This is kind of like that. He's our Angel of Suck.
So...we can all agree Ashtyn Davis is a young up and coming NFL Safety about to take over the game, and lead our Defense to where the NFL is going?

My brother showed up for a surprise one day visit sunday morning..... while we proceeded to partake in a months worth of holiday cheer, getting shit-canned watching the JETS, it almost became a drinking game watching this dude suck / miss tackles / wrong angles, etc..... Sadly I guess we take our entertainment where we can get it these days. At least Sierra Nevada stock probably went up on monday morning
