I confess I do not know the terms of their current contract situations, but I was thinking about Jayson Taylor and Zack Thomas facing another rebuilding year, and wondering if they might have had enough down there in Miami. I have not heard any rumors, but you gotta wonder if these guys might be tempted to bail out before their careers flame out without getting a legitimate crack at playing for a contender, like Mangini's Jets?
Oh good god no! I could never see those two ever even wanting to be a NY Jet. They would be Pats are Bills first. Why would we want them?! Then again I wonder how pissed off the Fin fans would get..... Nah.
Things I dont want to happen ... You'll see Randy Moss wearing Green and White before Taylor or Thomas.
Sorry, I have no desire to watch Taylor weep on the sidelines. They are both at the end of their careers, and we are a team getting younger. Why waste time with either of them? No thanks, I'll pass.
Pats Fan Here Like Jr. He'll be the next Dolphin to retire and be a Patriot 3 days later. OT... who are you routing for Chiefs or Colts? BillyD
All that hated rival stuff can be forgotten with the proper application of money, but this argument right here is still compelling to me. We're getting younger, we're building for the long haul, we don't need to try and get one great, older player to make a playoff push.
Oh dear. Were jetophile around to read this, she would put a knife to my throat to pry loose your IP address; then, she would hunt you far and wide, just for the opportunity to slice off strips of your skin and rub your flesh with lemon juice. And then she'd push in your face.
blasphemy! last thing I would want is those two in the locker room with their Maury Show interfamily love lives.
hes already married to zach thomas' sister. Taylor is a great talent...but i could never see myself cheering for him in Green and white.
Taylor was saying he was going to use the off season to decide if he was going to retire or not anyway
