This class is trash from what I gather so we will do well to ignore them.

I'm really not up in arms over what 5 guys think (you call them the NFL community.) I'm just stating statistical facts. They have all been bad except for Jones.

Well, it is maybe time to draft somebody from one of those QB trash drafts, as our success hasn't been great from stacked QB classes recently ;)

Hopefully, Wilson comes back in and something clicks and we can start dreaming again.

This whole thread is stupid created by a poster who would rather Zack fail so he can say he's right than the jets actually have success.. now Matt Miller is the guru we should listen to, but ignore the guys who like Zach.

I agree with you. It's only 5 scouts, which is small sample. A different small sample might have completely different opinions. As far as the Jets' scouts go, in a video before the season started, produced by the Jets, they said the Jets scouts thought Wilson was the best fit for their offense. And they drafted him.

It's hardly worth considering what the Jets organization said about what their own scouts said about their own choice prior to the time he was tested on the playing field. Does anyone believe for a second that any of them would not come out with an endorsement for their own decision? Would you expect the Jets PR department to come out with anything else?

Has it occurred to you that whatever those scouts now may believe after half a season may have changed and would not be publicized by the team after actually watching his performance ?

Future hall of Fame who's righting the ship with poise in JAX having another great game at halftime.

Also, who creates a thread then never writes on it? It's a 5 letter word that starts with a T.

Trevor Lawrence has looked terrible. He's on a bad team with an inexperienced coach.

Zach Wilson has looked terrible. He's on a bad team with an inexperienced coach.

Justin Fields has looked terrible. He's on a bad team with a bad coach.

Trey Lance hasn't played because he isn't ready.

Mac Jones had looked really good. He's on a good team with the greatest coach of all time.

Are you sure Fields didn't look good today? I've been told he's awesome.

Do you have an update on Fields? When will be be healthy? How do you think he played today? Why was Chicago able to score 14 points as after he went out?

It was just another way for you to backhand compliment Wilson, someone you clearly did not want.

Personally I rolled my eyes at the comparison. As someone else said, even the player profile makes no sense. It was just a QB that didn't pan out as a top pick.

90 percent of your posts pretty much say you never wanted Wilson in so many words. It's beyond old. We get it, you didn't want Wilson.

You make my Ashtyn complaints feel minimal.

OP during today's game - Wilson has a ceiling of Alex Smith.

OP after Jacksonville's game - Trevor Lawrence, now that's a future hall of famer with great poise!!!!

Lawrence was not good today. No one wants to acknowledge that though. He's been pretty much crap all year.

Lawrence has been absolute trash and is following Leinart’s trajectory of being closer to a pregame show than a Pro Bowl. He’s pretty awful.

All the 2020 QB's with the exception of Mac Jones have been pretty awful for most of the season.

Jones landed in just the right place at just the right time.

In retrospect after having Burrow and Herbert come out of the 2020 draft we should have expected very little of the 2021 draft other than Lawrence. There just aren't that many good QB's in the college ranks and having two of them show up in 2020 probably meant the cupboard was fairly bare for 2021. That's just how things work most of the time.

If Lawrence had the types of games he's had with the Jags as a Jet, the OP would be ready to toss him into the trashcan.

He's got a fucking huge face. Maybe he was a midget with a pituitary tumor.

Can we say midget again or is it still dwarf?

That helped him in the draft process. All those subliminal references to Peyton's giraffe neck.
