    Agreed. To me that’s a no lose proposition. They weren’t going anywhere anyway, and you either see if White is legit, or you give Zach a chance to learn and improve

    People are talking Tom Brady but maybe he is Tony Romo instead. Probably the first Mike White though and after today I am intrigued by what he might be.

    Our hopes in Zach and Sam would be that they would be "lights out" Hall of Famers able to elevate this team to contention.

    Maybe it was born out of our drafting history or the lure of a shortcut but perhaps having a competent Daltonesque QB and a good team around him can actually make the Jets a decent, competitive football team worth a couple of hours viewing each week?

    Heard on TV this was only the 2nd time since 1950 where a young QB starting his first game threw for over 400 yards.....and good to see that other QB burried on our depth chart get onto the field, if only for a series.

    A lot of good happened today......

    It’s not…but it’s possible Wilson just isn’t ready. I also think LeFleur’s game plan was much better and different than the usual

    I don't believe MIKE While is anything better than a backup QB. With that said, he played great today and I think he's a great backup.....

    He wasn't ready. But it's frustrating that a big majority of the fan base didn't understand that because he had cool PFF ratings and knew better all offseason.
