The entire LB corps today are not NFL caliber players. Definitely needs to be given time but the NFL is built for quick turnarounds. Coaching staff HAS to be better than this.
That wouldn’t bother me one bit, and would be deserved. Douglas’ performance has been garbage. just don’t think it happens.

I don't think patience is the key here. This team is performing worse this year and with more talent than last year. With the way they are playing, the win against the Titans could be our only win for next 2 years if we keep Saleh. I just don't think this team is going anywhere unless they start over again.
I don't believe I've seen this amount of suckatude in 50 years. This organization is a wreck from the top down and they have no clue what to do about it. Enough with the first-time coaches, GMs, consultants, and retreads that sucked at their previous job. Bring in experienced, professional football people, to dig us out of this mess. I'm not there yet, but today's performance was not a good look for him. He had 2 weeks to prepare for a team that's proven to be beatable and hadn't won at home this year and they get walloped as if number 12 was still playing for the Pats.
