I had the same problem with him on my fantasy team 2 years back--that's why he's taken too early. I've been using a hedging strategy that I think adds at least a few percent return over time. It can be used after making a single bet or a parley. I think its much better return than cashing out. For example, I took Texas against OK at +140 pre-game single. Then when texas was up big I took OK +10.5 giving myself a good chance of winning both bets. I put about 70% of the Texas bet on OK. When OK came back, I got a decent % of my Texas bet back and could have nearly doubled. Then yesterday I parlayed Green Bay with the raiders for +176. When green bay was up late in the game, I added Cinci +5.5 giving me the double shot which came in. I ended up losing on the parlay anyway when the raiders went down but mitigated the loss with the cinci money. The risks in these bets is that you give away some value to try to get double value or near. It requires that you are winning on your original bet at ML and then later you take the points on the opposite side.
Smart strategy. I'm so damn stubborn to do that sometimes but I'm super pissed I didn't nab Oklahoma in applying that. They were obviously going to come back somewhat. I've been adding live though it bit me with the Chiefs and worked with the Packers, Chargers and Cowboys.

@IDFjet - any thoughts on App State/ULL tonight? I believe you watched them against Marshall a couple weeks back. I know they have that Clemson transfer at QB Brice who was god awful at Duke last year but his stat line looks decent. ULL has the mobile kid and they hung with Texas early when I saw them play (good running game) but got smoked in the second half. App State is -4.5. Opened at 4, saw it down to 3.5 and up to 5 all week.
Lol crazy. Same time. I took the Astros ML this morning and picked up the Giants at -135 last night in the 6th when they were up 1-0. Not sure what to think of in Brewers/Braves. The Brewers have been dreadful at the plate in this series, but they've also been dreadful all year at the plate. Morton is a big game arm, but we have to believe this series goes 5 right? I don't like the road team on a Tuesday night game at all but I feel like App State has the easiest test - stop the run, stop ULL...
I just can't see the Brewers going down this easy so thats the reason for my play--Lauer is only going to go a couple innings I'm pretty sure--You're right that Morton is tough. ULL has played tough--APP ST. is not what they were the last 2 years. ULL opened as a fav and then line quickly changed (according to vegas lines), I think APP looks like a winner to most but thats cause they think of them like they've been the last 2 years and they underestimate ULL. We should know within Q1. I put a small on ULL at +165 already.
