They never get off of the field on 3rd down and do not know what an INT is. Would have been completely out of character for them to stop Atl. down 20-17 and get the ball back for a last drive. Big whoop they had some sacks last week. Still could have easily lost that game too. Looking like our rookie CS is in over their heads so far. I see maybe another 1 W this season, but no more than that until they can learn to scheme to their opponents strengths and weaknesses, and use the players they have to the max. Both Bowles and Gase could never do that, and this looks like a continuation of that. For them to allow a rookie QB to throw the ball all over the yard with no control is absurd, what do you expect to happen? We do not have Aaron Rodgers back there. Do they realize that? 1-4, headed to 1-5 after our annual beating up in NE in 2 weeks, so once again, our football season is over before the second week of October. Unreal. So disgusted and cannot bear losing anymore. Sorry.
The coaching staff seems to be in over their heads, I agree. The team continues to not show up in the first half, which is a problem. Defense giving up a lot of 3rd and longs. I am assuming we end up with a top 5 pick and another around 15 or so. Sad to already be thinking about the draft in October. Again.
