I have a theory that this is a major part of the problem to the Jets' incompetency. It isn't how good the players are doing, it's how much they're paying them. They'd rather lose by playing an underperforming player than have them sit on the bench and have a cheaper player win.
We will not be a good offensive team with Lafleur as our OC, he simply refuses to stick to running the ball and Jets will be one dimensional under his offensive scheme, limiting what they can do offensively. That should have been a TD on the last possession instead of a FG. I guess that’s part of the learning curve.
