Haha I'm an evil capitalist. You're right though. I'll see about taking a picture of my display case tonight if I remember.

Some cards in my collection don't even need the player's name on the card for him to be recognized...

So for example, how much did that cost to get graded? PSA charges a percentage of what they deem the value is, yes?

I'll try to post the headliners of my collection this weekend. You're making me want to get more into this lol.

PSA charges a flat fee for the grading. They charge for insured shipping base don your estimated value of the card. You get to decide.

I actually bought that card graded. According to my records, I purchased the card on eBay on 6/12/2019 for the sum of $22.61

I see that now. But it's flat rates are based on the value of the card? I would have a difficult time estimating that and why wouldn't people underestimate it?

PSA will charge a flat rate for the card, regardless of the value. However, PSA charges a variable rate for insured shipping of the card back to you based on the value YOU declare the card to be.

    Make sense?

I have one of those as well, ungraded and no autograph. My dad was forever disappointed that he was never going to get into the Hall of Fame.

One of these days I'm going to actually remember to go through my cards and post what I have. I think you'll find a lot of them very interesting.

I would consider it a pleasure. While I certainly am not capable of telling you exactly what your collection is worth, I could identify items that are potentially valuable.

Not a collector but I get some cards here and there that I pick up at estate sales for resale later, usually get them at about 5 cents each.
A few I have right now. Not sure if they put some of these in yellowish sleeves for a reason or if they have been in there so long they just turned yellow.

Not much value in the top row.

The bottom row is a different story. Can you tell me what years the Erving and Frazier cards are?

Erving is 1978 Topps #130, Frazier I guess would be 1970 #106 and the other Frazier 1971 #120

Not as much profit in these as some of the other stuff I buy and sell, that's why they are still sitting around

I met John Starks at an autograph signing back in 1999. I HAD to get this card graded...

@HackettStillSux here's a start. Can you tell my dad liked Reggie?

I also have a ball that is marked as being signed by 19 HOFers. I doubt I'll ever have the patience to look all of them up lol.
