Glad Mims isn’t playing to sabotage this amazing Wide Receiver core…their chemistry with Zach is amazing.
I'm not buying their Mims story. Get that guy on the field. Crowder told reporters last Friday (before game 2) that he was ready to go, yet here we are. Two receivers sitting while no one on the field can catch a damn pass.
Not for nothing but Crowder has a groin injury that is nagging him. He was working with the trainers all week.
Yeah, the Mims thing would be a non issue to me if the offense was playing well, but at some point you have to try to throw in new variables and see if it helps, 4 passes I can remember going through receivers hands, including the last pass of the game and it led to an INT.
Obviously, this coaching staff has shown nothing but incompetence so far. Why would you think they would be making a correct decision on Mims?
I'm aware. He also said he was ready to play. I'd rather see a limited Crowder than the crap we've been seeing. At least his hands can hold onto a ball.
So at this point we know Mims is a goner … this organization better hope to God he doesn’t play well with his next team
He'll play for someone else next season and rack up over 1000 yards. We've seen this show before, the Jets are the farm system for the rest of the NFL.
Spot on. That last play was painful to watch. Mc Govern gets beat immediately with his man running right at Zach up the middle. Zach somehow escapes, and flicks the wrist under huge pressure on the run right to the receiver's hands. Balls goes through the WR's hands for INT. And our coach can't find a spot for Mims.
Get your most talented guys on the field. Another high draft pick in Mims who this franchise has mismanaged the f*ck out of. Mims will go somewhere else and flourish. He's got NFL talent. This Jets organization? Not so much.
Haha, I was being facetious to make a point. Point being, the Jets can't develop talent, only let it get away. Robbie Anderson anyone? Leonard Williams?
