Your posts are asinine at this point. I’m fairly convinced your drunk father has taken over your account
I hate doing these but here we go @ Carolina = Win. vs. Patriots = Loss @ Denver = Loss vs. Titans = Loss. vs. Falcons = Win (Bye week). @ New England = Win vs. Bengals = Win @ Indianapolis = Loss vs. Bills = Loss vs. Dolphins = Loss @ Houston = Win vs. Eagles = Win vs. Saints = Loss @ Miami = Loss vs. Jaguars = Win vs. Buccaneers = Loss @ Buffalo = Loss 7-10 big improvement from last year but not good enough 1-5 in the division
@ Carolina = Win gives hope for the future! vs. Patriots = Loss - future says fuck you @ Denver = Win - FG in OT vs. Titans = Loss - and it's a blowout vs. Falcons = Loss - in a close one (Bye week). @ New England = Loss - Zach sees ghosts vs. Bengals = Win - and the Jets cover @ Indianapolis = Win - Wentz wobbles... falls down vs. Bills = Loss - Josh Allen throes 3 td's and runs for 2 vs. Dolphins = Win - Tua turrible @ Houston = Win - Zach throws 3 ints. Texans do nothing with them vs. Eagles = Loss - another blowout vs. Saints = Loss - Taysom Hill does clean up duty @ Miami = Win - Tua still turrible vs. Jaguars = Loss - Trevor sucks but so do we vs. Buccaneers = Loss - was there any doubt? @ Buffalo = Loss - even against their 2's 7-10 - Saleh gets 12 year extension
Didn't want to start a new thread so I put it here. Here is one take on AFC East. AFC East 2021 NFL Preview: Why Bills remain team to beat for division crown (sportsnet.ca)
I would be surprised if they only win 2. This CS seems a lot better than last year's. Add in that JD has made moves to improve the roster especially on offense I would say 4 to 6 wins is the ceiling/floor this year. They need another good offseason with the draft/FA and then hopefully they can compete for a playoff spot in 2022.
If Zach goes down in week 2 how many wins do you predict? Once again we brought a top 3 QB pick, who has an injury history, onto a team with a shaky o-line with little depth when injury strikes. Our running backs look average at best, with no true speedster to thrive in zone running schemes. Our TEs are weak. Our WRs are solid, but many are going to realize Davis wont be getting separation very often as the #1 against starters (IE - he is not a true #1). So far we have failed at upgrading the corner position. We signed an injury prone edge rusher who is gone to an injury. Our linebackers are cobbled together. Our safties have no depth. 3-4 wins.
@ Carolina = Win vs. Patriots = Loss @ Denver = Loss vs. Titans = Loss vs. Falcons = Loss (Bye week). @ New England = Loss vs. Bengals = Win @ Indianapolis = Loss vs. Bills = Loss vs. Dolphins = Win @ Houston = Loss vs. Eagles = Loss vs. Saints = Loss @ Miami = Loss vs. Jaguars = Win vs. Buccaneers = Loss @ Buffalo = Loss 4-13. Oof. Our offense shows some promise, but our defense is in shambles and will be the primary point of emphasis in next year's draft..
If Zach gets hurt than all bets are off. I am putting it on a better CS having the team better prepared. Also Zach playing well as the Jets seem to be helping him out more than they did Darnold. I realize 2021 is still a rebuilding year but I do think they find a way to get 4-6 wins.
In celebration of this nitwit getting banned, Imma play this nonsense too @ Carolina = Loss vs. Patriots = Loss @ Denver = Loss vs. Titans = Loss vs. Falcons = Loss (Bye week). @ New England = Loss vs. Bengals = Win @ Indianapolis = Loss vs. Bills = Loss vs. Dolphins = Loss @ Houston = Win vs. Eagles = Loss vs. Saints = Win @ Miami = Win vs. Jaguars = Loss vs. Buccaneers = Loss @ Buffalo = Win (they rest their starters) That comes out to 5-12. But I think they'll go 4-13, so one of those Ws should be an L. Saints, maybe. Zach misses a few games in there somewhere due to injury. Silver lining: the wins come toward the end of the season as they start to figure things out a bit, boding well for next season, when if everything goes as planned during the offseason they will compete for a wild card playoff spot.
I see us losing to Carolina, because it's so Jetsy. Bellichick vs. the rookie QB and young team feels like an L. Honestly, the next three, I could see us picking up a win or even two if things are going really well, but at Denver is always tough due to the altitude, and the Titans are good and disciplined. Maybe we pick up a win vs. Falcons at home? If the team is playing better and better each week, I'll take that even with a 0-6 or 1-5 rec.
@ Carolina = 24-17 WIN. Wilson plays very well. Darnold with a costly pick on the last possession. Jets fans giddy vs. Patriots = 30-22 LOSS Zach has his moments but gets befuddled by Belichick a few times. Jets hang in there but NE is just further ahead than we are now @ Denver = 16-13 WIN Ugly game but we pull it out vs. Titans = 38-13 LOSS We get physically manhandled here vs. Falcons = 29-20 WIN Falcons never scare me. Jets with a complete effort (Bye week). @ New England = 30-13 LOSS. Not there yet vs. Bengals = 40-37 WIN. D gets carved up by Burrow, but our O has their finest effort of the year @ Indianapolis = 28-9 LOSS vs. Bills = 27-17 LOSS vs. Dolphins = 36-33 WIN. Classic wild Jets/Fish game @ Houston = 28-12 WIN vs. Eagles = 23-10 LOSS We never beat them. Never vs. Saints = 27-16 LOSS @ Miami = 22-19 LOSS vs. Jaguars = 31-27 WIN vs. Buccaneers = 38-24 LOSS @ Buffalo = 30-18 LOSS 7-10
@ Carolina = W vs. Patriots = W @ Denver = L vs. Titans = L vs. Falcons = W (Bye week). @ New England = L vs. Bengals = W @ Indianapolis = W vs. Bills = W vs. Dolphins = W @ Houston = W vs. Eagles = W vs. Saints = L @ Miami = L vs. Jaguars = W vs. Buccaneers = L @ Buffalo = L 10-7 is possible. Of course, we never know how things will shake out due to injury and such all over the league. One thing that aggravates me to no end is people automatically counting NE as 2 losses. They too are playing a rookie QB against what should be, a pretty good defense. Here's to hoping for a 4-13 or worse NE season.
Zipped through the first two preseason games... This kid Zach is really, really good... the way he delivers the ball is a beautiful thing to watch. If he gets a somewhat clean pocket he'll tear shit up. This will be a fun season no matter what the W/L record ends up being...
... at 2:22 of that clip... just look at the way he flipped his hips around and delivered a measured toss that was perfectly placed... enabling Kroft to grab it in stride... leading to 15 yac and a td. That's some nifty stuff.* * yes it's preseason
the one to davis at 1:48 was stupidly impressive. Look at his body position when he winds up to throw. hips out, feet behind the hips, torso behind the hips, not a position 95% of QBs could fire a laser from. But he jumps and twists his body while throwing from middle field at his 48 yard line down to the sideline at the 16 which means the ball traveled about 45 yards in air on a line in about 2 seconds. absolutely ridiculous throw. and some people here were saying he doesn't have elite arm strength
