Thanks for the A but you’re focusing on the least significant part of my post. “Your boy” is just a figure of speech. My main point is that Simms and all the experts told me we drafted the next Mahomes/Rodgers. I expect to see a little of that. The expectations I’m reading now sound more like the next Jimmy G.
Are you sure that is the "lease" significant part? Not sure you can tell much of anything from 9 practices. Did those guys show there were SB champions after that amount of practices? Do better.

Read the following really sloooowly: This SEASON I expect at the very least to get flashes of the special player the experts projected. Flashes is not asking for a lot of a 2nd overall pick. I was getting game manager vibes from some of the expectations. Still I was just expressing my own expectations which seemed to set you off for some strange reason. I don’t care about the numbers so much. If he flashes the type of player he was hyped up to be, then I will be at ease. That’s usually my expectations for all rookies. I believe it’s a pretty a low bar, attainable and reasonable.
