Didn't Zach stop following her on some social media platform in response to her rant about Disneyworld mask requirements? Zach also said something telling at the draft when asked about the attention his mom was getting. He said something to the effect that we try to keep her away from the media. I don't recall the exact words. But one possible interpretation was he meant we try to keep her quiet and from going on public rants.
I guess I should've clarified: if they don't win at least 6 games and everyone stays healthy then something has gone very wrong. But also understand that I'm very confident that this won't be the case. I'll be shocked if it is.
That’s fine ....I’ll take a damm incompletion rather than an embarrassing throw across the field pick 6
I will try to make an honest prediction here even though I would love to see the Jets win 8 games this year. The Jets have a huge turnover of players and coaches. There will be some growing pains but I do expect the Jets to be a better team at the end of the season. This assumes they are heading in the right direction and hopefully they are this year. Looking at their first five games, I see two wins at best. Carolina and Atlanta. Maybe Denver but they are at Denver. So they are 2-3 at this point or 1-4. Let us say they squeak two more wins on the next five games. Thus I get 4-6 or 3-7 for the first 10 games. I see the same scenario for the next five games, thus 6-9 or 5-10 for 15 games. The last two games all depend on whether Tampa or Buffalo are playing for something. This will probably be 0-2 unfortunately. So I see a 6-11 or 5-12 season. To continue being optimistic, I will therefore say 6-11 for the Jets Record!
Certainly possible. Scary, though, to think that with an improved OL, DL, and most offensive skills positions, Saleh (with one extra opportunity) would only be able to win 2 more games than Gase. If that happens, something (many things, really) must have gone terribly wrong.
We are using a new offensive and defensive scheme, will be starting 4 to 7 rookies and many other young players. Progress will not be measured by wins and losses but by improvement over the season. 5 and 12 could be a great season but the number of wins this year is pretty irrelevant. 2021 is all about getting young players reps, developing and improving young players and evaluating what we have so we can compete in 2022.
It’s possible for individual players to develop/excel and the win/loss record to be disappointment. If anyone can do it, it’s the Jets.
