I don't know about that. Unlike the NFC, the AFC is fully loaded with younger QBs. It'll become extremely difficult for Aaron Rodgers to end up within the AFC. Kansas City: Patrick Mahomes. Buffalo: Josh Allen. Baltimore: Lamar Jackson. Chargers: Justin Herbert. Cincinnati: Joe Burrow. Houston: Deshaun Watson (until otherwise). Cleveland: Baker Mayfield (proving us all wrong). Miami: Tua (1st round). Jacksonville: Trevor Lawrence (1st round). Jets: Zach Wilson (1st round). Patriots: Mac Jones (1st round). The AFC Quarterback situation is CRAZY right now. And in all my years I've never seen anything like this before. One team after the other, landing their 1st Round and potential Franchise QBs back to back to back to back etc. 11 1st round QBs dating back to only 2017 (begining with Mahomes/Watson). I don't think our AFC Conference has ever witnessed anything, quite like this?
Would Aaron Rodgers take the Covid Opt out and go host Jeopardy for a year? I think that’s the move or he plays for GB
Will Green Bay Packers ever provide him 1st round draft picks? They haven't drafted him a 1st round offensive player since dating back to 2011. I'd be pissed off as a QB who wants to win too. He's a SB MVP winning QB, 3x league MVP and #3 All-Time in QB Rating @ 103.9; And that's despite GB refusing to draft him a 1st round O-lineman, WR, RB and/or TE throughout 10 consecutive years now. Personally he's one of the pound for pound top 5 QBs I've witnessed throughout my lifetime. Brady. Montana. P. Manning. Rodgers. Mahomes (still long ways to go).
That would be amazing if that happened. It would put GB in a tough situation lowering his trade value.
Just saw Rodgers and Adams posted pictures of "The Last Dance" as a signal that this will be their last season in Green Bay. I have to say, this is a terrible strategy. It's not how you win in sports. The Packers could be a mess this season due to all of the distraction. They need to get on the same page and fast, or this could be a wasted season for the Packers, followed by a rebuild. Honestly a shame, because this is a Super Bowl caliber team.
